What You’ll Do:

  • Own your territory – proactively develop new business opportunities beyond marketing leads & tech turnovers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals with minimal supervision.
  • Inspect and diagnose sewer and drain systems using video technology.
  • Educate customers – build trust by guiding them through solutions with expertise and transparency.
  • Achieve revenue goals while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customer service & dispatch teams for seamless service.
  • Stay ahead of the game – participate in training and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and oversee the onboarding process for new clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of sales experience (preferably in-home services, sewer, or drain industries).
  • Technical proficiency with camera and drain equipment.
  • A proven closer with a passion for delivering solutions and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication & organization skills to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • A clean driving record for reliable service calls.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • A go-getter mentality – eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your success!
